1. Warranty

if any defects in craftsmanship or material appear, steelform.com offers for each piece of furniture purchased from our website an international limited warranty covering manufacturing and material defects under normal use for the period of ten years. Every piece found to be defective under this warranty will be at our discretion either replaced or spare parts for repair will be provided. Defects resulting from in our opinion normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, negligence or attempted repairs are excluded from this warranty. In no event shall steelform.com be liable for any other damages occuring from steelform.com goods.

2. Return policy

In case you should not be satisfied with any item received from us, for whatever reason, please notify us in written by e-mail within fifteen days after receipt . We will provide you with a return adress and refund you upon receipt of goods. There will be no restocking fees applicable. We will however not accept returns of anny goods made to special order. We will as well only refund goods that are returned undamaged in their original (or equivalent) packaging.

3. Accepted Payments

  • We accept VISA / Mastercard and will process your order on receipt of the credit card information.
  • Any order may be paid by wire transfer prior to shipment.
  • Orders with a value greater than EUR 10.000 will only be processed upon receipt of a 50% downpayment.

4. Shipping Insurance

All our merchandise is fully insured against damage, theft and loss.

5. Shipping Damage

In the case of visible damage to the exterior of the shipping package, the damage must be noted in writing on the bill of delivery or the acknowledgment of receipt provided by the shipping company or the parcel service. In the event of damage, the signed receipt must be sent to steelform on the same day as the receipt of the consignment of goods. Damages caused in transit noticed after the packing carton has been opened must be submitted in writing to steelform within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Damages filed later than this period, will not be accepted. If goods are subsequently found to be damaged, contact the shipper for pick up and we will happily have new goods to be delivered to you ASAP.

6. Customs Clearance, Duties and Fees

The good news first: Within most European countries there is no such thing as customs. Any customs duties or import taxes are not included in our prices and payable to the respective shippers on delivery.

7. Shipping Cost

Again Good news first: Shipping is free within Europe!

8. Shipping Conditions

Our goods are sold and delivered ex works, Poggibonsi, Italy. The merchandise becomes our client’s property the moment we successfully run the credit card charge or receive payment in our bank account. Transport is paid for until the entrance door of your building or residence entrance door. If you need further assistance with larger boxes, please contact us, so that we can make arrangements. In most cases however a small tip to driver will do miracles.
